Project Scope:
Designed, provided and are currently installing Ceiling Guided Art Screen Storage system in new Kirkland Museum on 12th and Bannock, Denver. 98 mobile art screens 100” high x 144” long plus wall mounted screens. Rail embedded in concrete. $350,000 contract.

Client: Tutt Library, Colorado College
 
Project Scope:
Consulted in design, provide and install electronic mobile systems for public access areas as well as retrofitting existing Spacesaver electronic systems to mechanical assist, moving the SS from existing library to new Creekside warehouse.
Contract includes re-using all existing shelving on existing SS carriages and providing new Montel carriages, moving all collections to storage at Creekside and temporary location on campus. New electronic high-density mobile systems and static shelving deliver March 13. After install we are moving all collections into new shelving.  Completion mid-fall 2017. $2.4 million contract.

Project Scope:
Installed high-density mobile storage systems in new museum in downtown Denver.  We installed over 1,000 sections incorporating artifact drawers and trays, flat files, microfiche cabinets, textile racks, file shelving, specialty shelves and art racks for spears and canoes, etc.  The shelving system is 10’ to 13’ high and 48” wide, with anti-tip overhead.  PS Installations, Inc. consulted with museum staff to determine what types of shelf, drawer, tray, rack, etc., was needed for each type of item in their collection. PS Installations, Inc. designed the configuration, utilizing six existing High-Density Mobile Shelving Systems for Colorado Historical Society’s recently purchased remote warehouse. PSI inventoried and dismantled three existing high-density mobile shelving systems and is storing them in PSI’s warehouse until CHS’s new building is ready.

Project Scope:
Received and installed 419 Sections (18’ high x 10’ wide x 13 levels) pallet racks for remote book storage. This was a multi-phased project with several construction delays and (5) separate changes to furniture configurations and number of levels per unit. Despite all of the changes PS Installations, Inc. completed the project on schedule to facilitate a major book move.

Project Scope:
Installed and moved thousands of sections of shelving, collections and furniture over the last decade. Disassembled and moved Leeds School of Business collections, offices and shelving in a 3-phased move over 1.5 years for complete remodel of library. Included the installation and storage of 390 sections of shelving. Installed and removed 700 sections shelving at temporary storage facility in Louisville and transported books to and from Louisville as they prepared their permanent storage at PASCAL. Removed and reinstalled 530 sections of shelving in Periodical and Reference rooms at Norlin Library at Boulder Campus.

Project Scope:
Installed 142 sections of shelving in new Streets of Southglenn Library for LMC Solutions and then moved all collections- shelving as needed and office staff and furniture from existing Southglenn Library to new library. This is the 3rd time PSI has moved Southglenn since 1992.
Arapahoe Library District.  We have installed Koelbel, Smoky Hill and Highlands Ranch Libraries among others.
